Your personalized Norbert video will be up to 1-minute in length. You can expect it to be adorable, fun and heart-warming. After you place your order, we will email you to get details about your video request & type, for example: birthday, person’s name, and other specifics.
Please note: Norbert cannot wear any clothing for videos as we are being careful with the health of his neck & back.
