Do you accept submissions for manuscripts and illustrations?

We are not currently accepting manuscripts, queries, or art samples. Thank you for your interest, and we wish you the best of luck.

Is it safe to give you my credit card information over the Internet?

Yes, all transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is also governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Our web store also accepts payment via Pay Pal.

On book and plush toy pre-orders, will my credit card be charged at the time of purchase?

Yes, credit cards are charged at the time of pre-order or purchase.

What are my shipping options?

Shipping rates are based on order weight and destination (postal code). 

• If orders are placed in California, appropriate sales tax will be added in the shopping cart.

• Sorry, we can only ship plush toys within the United States. Varied countries have differing regulations concerning plush toys.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns unless a book or merchandise is damaged upon receipt.
