Do you accept submissions for manuscripts and illustrations?

We are not currently accepting manuscripts, queries, or art samples. Thank you for your interest, and we wish you the best of luck.

Is it safe to give you my credit card information over the Internet?

Yes, all transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is also governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. If you would like to pay by check, please send a request to info@pollyparkerpress.com.

On pre-orders, will my credit card be charged at the time of purchase?

Yes, credit cards are charged at the time of pre-order or purchase.

What are my shipping options?

Polly Parker Press ships plush toy orders to United States addresses only because there are varying plush toy regulations for different countries. If plush toy shipping options should change, it will be announced.
Books and some other products are shipped worldwide.
Rates are based on order weight and destination (postal code). 

• Our processing time at the warehouse is typically 1-2 business days.
• Books ship USPS Media Mail. Delivery time is 2-8 business days depending on the final destination.
• If faster shipping is needed, please email a request to info@pollyparkerpress.com before placing your order.
• If orders are placed in Massachusetts, appropriate sales tax will be added in the shopping cart.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email after your order is placed. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns unless a book or merchandise is damaged upon receipt.
